Ready-to-use bonded coating based on hexagonal boron nitrite and organic binders in solvent. It is particularly suitable for coating dense, metallic materials. The layer on the surface is a highly effective, very well adhering, dense separating and sliding film. The organic binder provides up to 250 ° C for a very good adhesion. Above this temperature there is a loose boron nitrite film which guarantees good lubricating and separating properties up to high temperature ranges. Boron nitrite is effective up to about 1000 ° C in air and up to about 2000 ° C under inert gas. Suitable as a release agent for molten metals, such as aluminum and magnesium, zinc and lead, for pressing sinters and hard metal powders, and for coating metals and ceramics.
