Gives cathodic and temperature-stable rust protection to metals. The temperature stability of the aluminum coating amounts to 800°C during continuous operation, at short times over 900°C. The base material that can be protected is covered by spraying with a protective layer consisting of 99,5% pure aluminum. The contained bonding agent and the aluminum layer connect themselves with the layer of metal. With that a laminar, galvanic element forms for protected metal and leads to the base metal cathodic rust protection.
• high-temperature resistance
• good resistance against chemicals
• cost-effective use
• harmless to health
• withstands weak acids and alkaline solutions
• prevents sticking of plastic on the molds or tools
• good tackiness on surfaces like steel, wood, and plastics
• good resistance against the effects of water
• for hot screw connections at turbines, exhausts, cogwheels, valves, chains, sliding, waves
• for preservation after welding at balustrades, scaffolding, gates, steel stairs and similar
• as corrosion protective in air-conditioning
• as corrosion protective for exhaust pipes, machine cases
