Excellent friction resistant welding electrode
Basic coating solid melt high-performance melting electrode with high efficiency (190%) and low slag.
The fused austenitic Cr carbide layer has excellent friction resistance with long service life, moderate impact resistance. The service life of the fused surface is up to 50 times longer than a conventional electrode of similar hardness. Apply 1-2 layers, hardness up to 63 HRC, surface can be processed by grinding. Application: for the restoration of parts of equipment operating in an abrasive mineral environment: working parts of mixers, concrete pump casings, brick presses, bucket teeth of excavators.
