Cobalt-based hard-alloy welding electrode

Rutile- basic coated solid melt welding electrode

The melted "stellite class 6" type Co-Cr-W layer is wear-resistant in conditions of friction of metal surfaces, impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant up to 800 °C, hardness up to 45 HRC at + 20 °C, ( 30 HRC at 600 °C). Soft arc, easy to separate slag, good adhesion with the base material, good workable weld. Application: for restoration of valve surfaces, valve seats, blades and other parts.
