Stainless steel electrode for repairs
Rutile-basic coated electrode for welding hard-to-weld steels (tool steels, spring steels) and for forming connections of dissimilar materials (stainless steel - carbon steel).
The austenite-ferrite structure and high Cr and Ni content ensure good resistance to crack formation, smooth seam, slag separates by itself. Application: for repair of tools, springs, hydraulic cylinders, chromed, hardened parts, interlayer before brazing of cutting tool blades.
