Synthetic Gear Grease

A synthetic polyglycol based high treated lubrication grease for high loaded worm gears. Besides of an good high temperature stability it guarantees very good wear protection, good
lubrication in special for worm gears or other gears with slided motion. Its main advantage is its very good friction property, but - as all greases based on polygycols - it may cause seal
problems. Please check quality and compatibility of seal and elastomers before use.

Characteristics

• very good tackiness
• economic use
• low working temperature caused by low friction
• Lubricants based on polyglycols are not compatible with some currently used seals, paints

Applications

• for gears and bearings in flight safety equipment, control dvices in aeronautics
• for small gear boxes
• for industrial gears and thread spindles running slowly but loaded heavy
• for industrial gear boxes working under high temperatures, or other unfavorable conditions
• For small worm gearboxes and other small gearboxes with sliding friction, since it has low
coefficients of friction
• for gears in textile industry
