Molyduval Lubricants for Plastics
Long Life lubrication with Molyduval
Molyduval produces many greases and oils for plastic devices and rubers. We have a silicone, syntetic and dry lubricants.
Molyduval Siligra silicone greases. Mulyduval Siligra types are silicone greases for plastics and metals with many numbers of NLGI. These greases are certified by NSF.
Molyduval Silo silicone oils and fluids. Molyduval Silo type silicone oils have wide application with many viscosity types from 1 till 10 mio.
Molyduval Polypan lubricants are synthetic lubricants. Polypan LKA type lubricants have been created to replace silicone lubricants in places where they cannot be used. These greases have good lubricating properties and are of universal use.
Molyduval Aladin dry lubricants. Aladin FC type lubricants can be used for lubrication of both plastic and metal surfaces. They are dry PTFE lubricants and do not attract dust, improve the sliding of surfaces.
Molyduval special greases for plastic devices and surfaces are essential because:
1. **Compatibility**: They are formulated to avoid degrading or reacting with plastic materials.
2. **Reduced Friction**: These greases effectively lower friction between plastic parts, ensuring smooth operation.
3. **Wear Protection**: They provide a protective layer that minimizes wear and extends the lifespan of plastic components.
4. **Temperature Stability**: Special greases maintain their lubricating properties across a wide temperature range.
5. **Prevention of Stickiness**: They prevent sticking and binding, which is crucial for the proper functioning of moving parts.
6. **Corrosion Resistance**: These greases often include additives that protect metal parts from corrosion when in contact with plastics.
For Plastic-to-Plastic Surfaces:
1. Molyduval Silo … and Molyduval Siligra … - Silicone Lubricants:
- Provide excellent lubrication, are chemically inert, and do not degrade plastics.
- Suitable for moving parts such as gears, slides, and hinges.
- Non-reactive, long-lasting, and offers smooth operation.
2. Molyduval Aladin FC - PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Lubricants:
- Aladin FC - low friction and excellent non-stick properties.
- Ideal for high-wear applications like gears, bearings, and sliding parts.
- High load capacity, chemically inert, and high-temperature resistance.
3. Molyduval Polypan - Synthetic Hydrocarbon Oils:
- Formulated to provide long-lasting lubrication without harming plastic components.
- Molyduval Polypan type lubricants - used in a variety of mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Good stability, non-reactive with most plastics, and effective in a range of temperatures.
Molyduval lubricants for Plastic-to-Metal Surfaces:
1. Molyduval Siligra and Silo - Silicone Lubricants
- Effective for reducing friction and wear between dissimilar materials.
- Silo oils - suitable for applications such as hinges, rollers, and sliders.
- Silo oils - prevents corrosion, long-lasting, and safe for both plastics and metals.
2. Aladin FC - PTFE Lubricants:
- Aladin type lubricants - provides a low-friction barrier and are chemically inert.
- Used in applications where plastic components move against metal parts.
- High-temperature resistance, excellent lubrication, and minimal wear.
3. Molyduval Polypan - Synthetic Ester-based Lubricants:
- Polypan… Provides superior lubrication and are compatible with both plastic and metal.
- Polypan … Used in high-load and high-speed applications.
- High lubricity, stability over a wide temperature range, and long service life.
